Do you know a child who may find the move to high school a little challenging? We are offering a Transition Friendship Group over the summer holidays to help Year 6 pupils build confidence, make new friends, and feel more prepared for starting Year 7 in September.

Each session will include:
Confidence-building activities
Opportunities to make new friendships
Games and interactive activities
Drinks and snacks provided
Places are limited due to room capacity, so please must contact the hub to book a place.
Parents/carers are welcome to stay for a brew in our living room during the session or leave their child with us.
