Our Practice Manager oversees all business and operational aspects of the surgery, ensuring that the practice runs smoothly and delivers high‑quality patient care. Their role includes managing key areas such as human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment, and information technology, making sure that robust systems and processes are always in place.
The Practice Manager works closely with our GPs and wider clinical team to support the delivery of patient services and plays a central role in developing and enhancing extended services that benefit our community. Through strong leadership, strategic planning, and day‑to‑day management, the Practice Manager helps ensure the practice remains efficient, safe, and responsive to the needs of our patients.
