New patents

When our lists are open we are happy to register new patients.  You can register at reception by using a registration form and supplying us with proof of identity and address.  All new patients will be asked to attend a new patient health check with the practice nurse. This will be arranged when registering and failure to attend this appointment will cancel your registration.

Patient Participation Group

Are you interested in finding out more about the Practice? Would you like to influence the development of local health services?

If so we want to hear from you!

What is the role of the PPG?

At its simplest, patient participation refers to patients who wish to take a more active interest in developing local healthcare services. The idea is for patients and staff to work together to share ideas to help patients to take more responsibility for their own health and to help improve the services offered at the Practice. The PPG will seek to improve communications through the practice website as well as through notice boards, email and text.  We will hold some drop-in meetings.  However, we know many people are busy.  If you want to be involved and would prefer not to attend meetings, we can email you.

Please refer to our website under patient group for more information
