Dr Mani is a highly experienced General Practitioner with special interests in GP training and minor surgery. As the Practice Education Lead, he oversees the educational development of clinical learners within the surgery, ensuring a supportive, high‑quality training environment. He also leads on palliative care, providing compassionate, coordinated and personalised support for patients with complex and end‑of‑life needs.
In his role as Clinical Director of our Primary Care Network (PCN), Dr Mani provides strategic leadership across local practices, working to improve patient access, wellbeing, and the overall quality of care delivered across the community.
He is passionate about delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred healthcare and enjoys providing practical, hands‑on treatments for a wide range of conditions within the practice. His surgical expertise and commitment to clinical excellence make him a highly valued member of the team.
With almost 10 years of experience as a GP Trainer, Dr Mani plays a key role in supporting and developing trainee GPs. He is known for his approachable teaching style and dedication to helping clinicians build strong clinical and procedural skills. Dr Mani is a GP mentor he supports and guides newly qualified , GPs Lead educator who trains experienced GPs to become GP supervisors and assess the GP practice suitability for training environment and he is also a member of the Local medical committee member-represents the interests of local GP practices
Dr Mani’s combination of leadership, educational experience, and specialist clinical interests ensures he makes a significant contribution to both the practice and the wider healthcare system. He has recently been awarded a Fellowship of the Royal College of General Practitioners (FRCGP) in recognition of his outstanding commitment to general practice, education, and patient care.
